Learn About Joe

Coach Bio

Joe was raised in Northville, Michigan. After a back injury forced him out of competitive gymnastics, he picked up golf. He started golfing with his dad and brothers in the back yard and decided to try to make his high school team. After earning a spot on the varsity golf team as a freshman, he became obsessed with improving his game and hitting the ball farther.

Joe has been coached by Ben Bockin and Chad Elledge for 12 years, and their mentorship helped him develop into a collegiate athlete at Adrian College. Through his years of hard work, Joe was able to win the final tournament in the spring of 2024, finish First-Team all-conference, and was a four-time Academic All-American.

Inspired by the guidance of Ben and Chad, his love for the game, and his specialty in fitness training, Joe became passionate about helping others have fun and hit the ball farther.

Experience & Credentials

Joe has spent years training under Ben and Chad as a student and decided to take his experience to the coaching level. Joe spent the last 4 years studying exercise science at Adrian College and developing his knowledge of the body and how it moves. He also studied under Jim Kielbaso who specializes in movement mechanics and fitness training.

Joe is excited to bring his knowledge of fitness and movement and combine it with his experience in the golf world to bring the most out of his students.
